摘要
通过对刊社编辑工作中常见的电子文件数据格式的整理和归类,结合目前实际工作中遇到的问题,提出相关的解决方案,实现刊社电子文件管理的条理化、规范化。
For the problem in editing commonly occurred in the press＇s daily affairs such as the classification of the data format of electronic file, this paper puts forward a solution to the electronic document management with respect to order and standard in the press.
