摘要
分析了面向订单生产方式的特点和传动机械制造企业采用面向订单生产方式的ERP系统的必要性。提出了基于COM+构件模型的传动机械ERP系统结构框架,基于该结构框架,构造了面向订单生产方式传动机械ERP系统的功能模型,提出了2层BOM模型,在2层BOM模型的基础上设计了零部件生产计划自动生成算法。在以上理论研究的基础上,采用VC++6.0和SQLServer2000开发了面向订单生产方式的ERP系统。
MTO(Make to Order)mode has become the main manufacturing mode in many small and medium size manufacturing enterprises, The character of MTO mode and the necessity to adopt ERP system of MTO mode for transmission machine manufacturing enterprise was firstly analyzed, Then a transmission machine ERP system framework based on COM + was put forward, and the function model of transmission machine ERP system could be built accordingly. A two-level BOM model was further presented, and automated generation algorithm of part manufacturing plan was designed as well, On the basis of the above theoretical research, an ERP system of MTO mode has been developed by VC ++ 6.0 and SQL server 2000.
