摘要
本文浅谈法学本科生科研能力培养的三个环节:课程教学、实践教学和毕业论文写作。实践表明,这三个环节对提高法学本科生的科研能力有良好的实际效果。
This paper presents a brief review of three measures taken in undergraduate law education to form the research ability of the undergraduates of the law programme： cognitive practice, year thesis writing, and BA thesis writing. Educational practices show that these three measures have remarkable realistic effects.
