摘要
本文浅谈法学本科生科研能力培养的三个环节:课程教学、实践教学和毕业论文写作。实践表明,这三个环节对提高法学本科生的科研能力有良好的实际效果。
This paper presents a brief review of three measures taken in undergraduate law education to form the research ability of the undergraduates of the law programme: cognitive practice, year thesis writing, and BA thesis writing. Educational practices show that these three measures have remarkable realistic effects.
