新一轮基础教育课程的改革,要求师范院校密切关注和了解其动态及走向,努力探索改进教师培养和培训的新思路、新形式、新内容和新方法,切实提高教师专业化的培养能力和水平。师范院校应树立以生为本的教育科学发展观的核心理念;确立育师为本的核心价值观。
The new round of curriculum reformation for the pre-tertiaryfoundation education requires radically the normal universities and colleges to pay close attention to and have a better understanding of its tendencies and alignment and to probe into the new methods and contents, new styles and ideas for the reformation of teachers＇ training and cultivating so as to raise the abilities and levels of teachers＇ s peccalism. The normal universities and colleges should establish the core ideas of putting the studeuts first and the outlook of scientific educational development and build up the core views of value of making the training of teachers the most important.
