摘要
通过工程案例分析,论证监理工程师参与建设工程设计方案优化有助于提高工程监理“三控”效果。同时指出了监理工程师参与工程设计方案优化必须提高自身素质,以及相关的建设单位对监理工程师参与设计方案优化的几个理念问题。
Through the analysis of some project construction cases, it was demonstrated that the participation of supervision engineer in the optimizing of project design schemes could have a positive effect on improving project efficiency. It was stressed that supervision engineer should upgrade his own qualities for effective participation in the optimizing of project design schemes. The updating of some concepts held by related construction companies or organizations for the supervision engineer＇s better participation in the optimizing of project design schemes was proposed.
