摘要
三都澳海湾位于海峡西岸经济区的东北部,自然资源丰富、区位条件优越。文章分析了三都澳海域的港口资源、渔业资源、滨海旅游资源等资源优势,探讨了在开发利用过程中存在海港资源优势未充分发挥、缺乏科学的总体规划、海洋渔业生产与加工能力不强、基础设施建设相对落后等问题,提出了挖掘资源优势、建设重点经济区域,加强港区建设、优化产业结构,协调资源与环境保护的矛盾及合理开发、利用三都澳海域资源的措施。
Sanduao District, which lies in the northeastern part of the economic zone across Taiwan Strait, possesses advantageous natural resources and regional location. The article analyzes its port resources, littoral tourism, etc, discusses in detail problems involving in the process of exploitation, such as not fully bringing out the resource potentiality, lacking of a scientific overall plan, falling behind in basic facilities, and puts forward some measures to help increase the exploitation of marine resources in Sanduao District, such as making full use of the resource advantages, constructing key economic areas, strengthening the port construction, optimizing the industrial structure, and harmonizing the contradiction between resources and the environment.
