摘要
面对我国私人侦探大量存在而又处于无序发展的现状,理论界存在着坚决取缔和允许发展两种截然相反的态度。正视现实,允许其存在,并通过立法和建立相应的行业自律机制,加强对私人侦探从业人员的资格管理和业务范围管理,明确其法律责任,才能使私人侦探行业步入良性有序发展的轨道。
There are two total opposite attitude among theoretical cirele about the private detectives in China due to its large existence and disorder development.One says is to demolish and the other is to let it be.This profession can only be developed correctly when measures are carried out for the qualification management and vocational scope management and the law liability of the profession is clarified by legislation.
