摘要
《罗马规约》的诞生是近年来国际法学界关注的焦点之一,它对传统国际法理论的突破更具有极其重要的影响。我国应加强对《罗马规约》理论突破的认识和研究,从而更好地把握国际法发展的趋势,维护我国国家利益。
The emergence of Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court is the focus of international law research in recent years.This dissertation analyzes inevitability of the Rome Statute firstly and emphasizes that it complies with the current of the times.Afterwards.the author ponders form the surface to the center on the breakthrought of the Rome Statute in theory and finds out the tendency of international law reflected from the Rome Statute.Thereby the article illuminates the significance of the research on the Rome Statute.
