摘要
目的总结椎弓根螺钉治疗腰椎滑脱症病人的护理。方法对60例腰椎滑脱症病人行椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,术前加强心理护理,床上排便练习;术后密切观察脊髓神经功能恢复及切口渗血、渗液情况,并进行正确的体位护理和康复教育指导。结果随访8个月到3年,所有患者腰腿痛缓解,未发生内固定松动、断裂等并发症。结论手术前后的精心护理及康复指导,能促进病人的康复。
Objective：To summarize nursing of the patients with pedicle screw fixation in treating lumbral spondylolysis. Methods： Sixty patients with pedicle screw fixation were treated with perioperation and rehabilitation nursing： Before＇the operation, reinforcement of psychological nursing and teaching the patients to practice the posture were important. After operation, close attention should be paid to preventing wound complications and the improvement of spinal nerve roots, guiding patients bed posture skill and rehabilitation. Results： Followed up for 8 months to 3 years, all patients with low back pain or radicular pain experience significant relief. There is no complication about pedicle screws. Conclusion： Perioperation and rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote early spinal functions.
