摘要
知识经济的发展为人类管理创新提供了机遇,管理有效性作为一种新的绩效管理层面展现在我们面前。它坚持评价体系必须与知识经济环境下组织战略统一,充分体现知本的价值;它主张研究测评方法,以便于区分被评对象的能力从综合实力中分离出来,使被评价对象的能力、主观努力的程度充分展示,增强激励的客观公正性。
Development of knowledge economics provides the chance to human management innovation. The effectiveness of management, a new level of performance management, is emerging before us. It upholds that the performance evaluation system must integrate the strategy of organization under knowledge economics and embodies fully the value of intellectual capital. The system stands for researching evaluation method in order to separate the ability of evaluation subjects from the comprehensive strength, and makes the ability and degree of subjective effort to be emerged.
