摘要 在北美,计算流体力学(CFD)正大量应用于各类锅炉的设计和改造。文章介绍了CFD模拟在碱回收锅炉改造中的应用,通过计算机模拟以改进碱回收锅炉燃烧空气系统,可以提高锅炉的出力和效率、改善过热器的积灰、节省改造成本,减少了资金浪费和停工检修的风险,具有显著的经济效益。 In North America, CFD has been applied widely in the design and retrofit of all kinds of boilers. In this paper the application of CFD for the retrofit of alkali recovery boiler is introduced. By process modeling, the combustion air system of alkali recovery boiler can be improved greatly. The use of modeling will help improving the loads and efficiency of boilers, abating ash deposition on the superheater tubes, lowering retrofit costs, reducing the waste of capital investment and the risks of maintenance downtime. This approach means more profits.
