Multi-Axis Fiber Bragg Gratings and Their Application in Sensing

摘要 简要介绍和分析了保偏光纤及双轴光栅的性质,研究了双轴光栅用作传感器的基本原理,介绍了它在三维应变测量、横向负载测量及双折射光纤拍长测量方面的应用。 The properties of polarization preserving fiber and multi-axis fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is introduced and analyzed concisely. The fundamental theory of sensors based on multi-axis fiber Bragg grating is studied. And the application of multi-axis FBGs in 3D-strain measurement, transverse load measurement and beat length measurement of birefringent fibers is introduced.
