摘要
目的为了解痔疮患者健康知识获得情况与需求。方法采用问卷方式对159例患者进行了健康获得情况、教育内容、方式需求的调查。结果66.0%～89.4%的患者知道不良生活饮食习惯易引起痔疮,89.2%的患者渴望了解痔疮预防知识。住院期间医护人员向患者讲解疾病相关知识、出院后电话咨询方式、返院咨询是最受欢迎的健康教育方式。结论加强患者疾病知识水平,提高患者的自护能力。
To learn the needs and conditions of the patients. Methods By questionnaires, we investigated 159 patients on their health conditions, education and needs, Results 66.0%-89.4% patients knew the blight living habits would cause hemorrhoids, 89.2% patients were keen on learning the preventive knowledge. Consulting by telephone or in the hospital was the most popular educational method. Conclusions We should enhance the health knowledge level of patients and improve their ability of self-defence.
