摘要
CEPA的实施,极大地促进了内地与香港、澳门之间的经济发展,显示出了强大的生命力,但同时也暴露出一些问题,如某些法律规定不明确、司法审查不到位、争端解决机制不完善及法律法规对接不顺畅等。文章分析了这些问题,并提出了相应的对策。
The implementation of CEPA has promoted the economic development among Hinterland , Hong Kong , Macao greatly, and demonstrated the strong vitality, but some problems emerged at the same time, such as the indeterminate of some legal provisions ,the lack of the judicial examining ,the imperfect of the dispute settlement system, the bad jiont of the Legal provisions and so on. The article discusses these problems ,and proposes some countermeasures.
