摘要
死刑的目的是整个死刑制度确定和存在的基石。它包括统一的三个层面:报应、预防和维护社会公正。然而在经济犯罪领域设置死刑不符合前述三个层面的目的,因此可考虑废止我国经济犯罪中的死刑。我们可从转变观念、强化管理、健全制度等方面努力以达到这一目标。
The aim of death penalty is the -cornerstone of the whole death penalty system. There are three layers of the object of death penalty ： judgement and prevent and justice of society. But the death sentence on economic crimes can＇t reach the aims. Therefore, we should abolish death penalty on economic crimes through the measures such as changing conceptions,enhancing management, and improving systems.
