窒息新生儿肾功能损害

摘要 对50例窒息新生儿肾功能检测结果发现:19例(38%)血清肌酐浓度升高,23例(46%)血。α_1-M升高,24例(48%)尿。α_1-M升高,29例(58%)尿NAG指数升高;7例(14%)发生急性肾功能衰竭。提示窒息新生儿常合并肾功能损害,尿NAG检测可作为监测窒息新生儿肾功能常规检查方法之一。 Renal function was studied in fifty asphyxiated term newborns. Nineteen (38% ) infants showed serum creatinine concentration elevation, twenty-three (46%) infants showed serum α_1 - microglobulin(α_1 -M ) level elevation and twentyfour(48%) infants showed urinary α_1- microglobulin level elevation, urinary Nacetyl-β-glucosaminidase (NAG) index were elevated in twenty-nine (58%) asphyxiated infants. seven(14%) infants had acute renal failure. Results suggest that renal damage in asphyxiated newborns due to perinatal asphyxia occurs frequantly,urinary NAG index is a sensitive indicator for detecting renal function in asphyxiated newborn infants.
