摘要
应用超九彩色多普勒超声诊断议,采用经阴道彩色多普勒探头,观察了66例妇女的卵巢动脉血流PI、RI值的变化和卵泡发育的关系,其结果表明随着卵泡的发育,卵巢动脉舒张期血流有规律的增加,而PI和RI值明显下降。PI、RI的变化和卵巢新生血管增加血管阻力下降有关,此技术在探寻不明原因的不孕及预测排卵有重要意义。
Transvaginal color Doppler was used to observe the relation of PI and RI Value between ovarian arterious blood flow and follicular gropwth in a group of 66 women. The result showed that it was gradual increase that diastolic flow of ovarian arteries with follicular growth whereas the value of RI and PI was marked decrement. The characteristic change of the blood flow spectrum results from neovasuiarization of the ovary and decrement in vessel resistance. It indicated that the technique has applied value on researching coures of the infetile and monitoring ovulation.
