摘要 由于牙科铸造合金制作的修复体直接置于口腔内,所以要求具有良好的生物相容性。但大量的实验表明,修复体戴用后,牙科铸造合金会发生腐蚀,从而引起了机体组织的不良反应。本文旨在对牙科铸造合金的腐蚀及生物相容性作一综述。
