摘要
目的:对下颌钛植入支架进行生物力学分析,以期提高修复成功率。方法:根据镂孔孔径不同及孔间隔的不同,对下颌钛植入支架进行不同方案镂孔设计,并利用Ansys有限元分析软件对其进行力学分析。结果:对钛植入支架不同镂孔设计方案的力学分析表明,基桩预留孔道之间钛表面连接部分,以及孔道周围应力较集中,建议孔径可采用4mm~6mm,孔之间横向间隔为3mm或以上,纵向间隔为2mm或以上。结论:所设计的下颌钛植入支架完全可满足咀嚼所需的力学承载要求。
Objectives: In order to improve the success rate, the biomechanical design of the individual mandibular titanium framework was analysed. Methods: Different hollowed-out designs of the framework (mainly on the diameter of the hollow and the space of the hollows) were analysed through ANSYS. Results: The analysis of the different hollowed-out design of the framework indicated that the concentrate area of stress was between the 2 abutment screw holes. It is suggested that 4-6mm of the diameter of the hollow is suitable,and the horizontal space of the hollow is 3mm at least, while the vertical space is 2mm at least. Conclusion: This research shows that this individual mandibular titanium framework design is feasible.
