摘要
目的:对Expasyl排龈膏的临床效果进行评估。方法:21名患者的38颗上前牙区患牙在固定修复牙体预备后,使用Expasyl排龈膏进行牙龈处理2分钟,排龈膏去除后取硅橡胶印模,观察牙龈出血的状况和评估模型上牙龈排开的效果。结果:牙龈止血的有效率为90%,排龈有效率为58%。结论:Expasyl排龈膏有较好的止血性能,对于较薄的牙龈有较好的排龈效果。
Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of Expasyl in clinical application. Methods： The gingiva of 38 anterior upper teeth in 21 patients were treated with Expasyl paste for 2 minutes, after the tooth preparation for fixed prosthesis. Silicone impressions were made after the paste was eliminated, the situation of gingiva bleeding and the effect of sulcular opening on the casts were observed. Result： Good hemostasis effect was found in 90% teeth, and in 58% teeth, satisfactory effect of sulcular opening was achieved. Conclusion： The Expasyl paste could provide good hemostasis effect, and the effect ofsulcular opening was favorable in teeth with relative thin gingival tissue.
