摘要
目的:研究膨胀方式和膨胀量对核桩冠膨胀复合型螺纹桩抗折力的影响。方法:以标准尺寸的有机玻璃模拟上中切牙牙根88个,用不同规格的金属分瓣器制作三叶塑胶膨胀套,以两种不同膨胀方式将相同直径的螺纹桩和不同尺寸的膨胀套同时,以磷酸锌旋转拧入膨胀粘固。在INSTRON4302万能测试机进行压缩测试,加载速度1mm/min,至桩核松动、脱位或牙根破裂,记录最大载荷。结果:不同膨胀方式间抗折力大小有明显差异(P<0.05),相同膨胀量不同膨胀方式间抗折力有明显差异(P<0.05),不同膨胀量相同膨胀方式组内抗折力大小有明显差异(P<0.05),膨胀量在10%以内时,抗折力最大。结论:临床应用膨胀复合型螺纹桩时,应采用一定的膨胀方式,且应当将膨胀量控制在10%以内和螺纹桩拧入到预备根管底部。
Objective: To study the effects of expansion oattern and expansion rate on fracture resistance of cement-expanded composition screw post. Methods: 88 simulated tooth roots made of polymethylmethacrylate were divided into ten groups, with every pattern for five group. The expanded plastic sheath of tricuspid valve was made with special separated valve device and cemented and tighten up into root with the screw post by ZPC. Then the root and screw post-corc system was compressed by a speed of l mm/min on the Instron 4302 and the fracture resistance force was recorded. Results: The differences of fracture resistance between different patterns were statistically significant in the case of the same expansion rate. There were also significant differences in fracture resistance between different expansion rates under the same expansion pattern. The specimens showed the highest resistance when the expansion rate was less than 10%. Conclusions: In clinical practice, proper expansion pattern should be chosen and the expansion rate should be controlled within 10% in the restoration of cement-expanded composite screw post. The screw should be tightened up into the bottom of prepared root.
