电弧超声对焊接接头冲击韧性影响的研究

摘要 采用SEM断口分析技术,观察电弧超声埋弧焊焊接接头09MnNiDR钢的断口形貌,结合断口组织的能谱分析,探询电弧超声作用下09MnNiDR钢焊接接头冲击韧性下降的原因,即焊接过程中熔渣进入熔池并形成非金属夹杂。通过增加焊接热输入减少了焊缝中的夹杂,改进工艺后的试验结果证实电弧超声能够较大幅度的提高09MnNiDR钢焊接接头的冲击韧性。 The appearance of fracture of the 09MnNiDR welding joint with arc-ultrasonic submerged-arc welding, as well as the energy spectrum analysis of fractograph are studied with the SEM. The reason of decreasing impact toughness is found that the slag is stirred into the fused path by arc-ultrasonic and forms into non-metallic inclusion. It is solved by increasing the heat input and the results of improved experiment show that the arcultrasonic could improve the impact toughness of 09MnNiDR welding joint with a high degree.
