卡托普利联合美托洛尔治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨卡托普利联合美托洛尔对缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的治疗作用.方法对心功能Ⅱ～Ⅲ级的缺血性心肌病慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的患者随机分为对照组和实验组,分别按不同的方案给药.治疗60天及180天时测定心胸比例和左室射血分数(LVEF)做对比观察.结果治疗2个月、6个月时对照组LVEF较用药前明显降低(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),而心胸比例无明显变化;实验组LVEF和心胸比例均明显降低,且在治疗6个月时与对照组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论卡托普利联合美托洛尔长期治疗CHF较扩血管利尿疗法更为有效.
