摘要
对聚氨酯弹性体氨纶、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)及其上游一些原料国内市场的最新动态作了介绍和浅析,指出目前影响国内氨纶企业发展的瓶颈是技术而非产能,国内氨纶企业需提高技术创新能力和国际竞争力。分析指出国内TPU产业近年来发展迅猛、竞争激烈,重点应发展TPU高端产品。市场分析表明PU弹性体快速发展推动了一些上游原料的发展,聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)出现供过于求的趋势。介绍了PU弹性体最新技术进展和新的应用,指出国内PU弹性体已走上了快速发展期。提出了我国未来PU弹性体重点发展项目和内容。
In this paper, polyurethane elastomer, spandex fiber and new trend in their local raw materials market are reviewed. The output capacity of spandex exceeds local demand and it results in tough competition in china. Currently , technology, not production capacity are becoming the bottleneck of spandex industry. Creativity and international competing power has to be improved in order to accelerate the industrial upgrade. The development of TPU （Thermoplastic polyurethane） is reviewed and the development direction is discussed. The amazing development of polyurethane elastomer promots the increase of their raw materials and led to surplus supply of PTMEG and DMF. The key programs and application trend of polyurethane elastomer are summarized.
