摘要
农业是国民经济的基础,一个很重要的原因在于她作为母亲产业所具有的多功能作用。农业生产除确保粮食和其他农产品的供给之外,还具有国土资源保持、水资源养护、自然环境保护、自然景观形成、传统文化的继承、减缓社会动荡等并非从农业生产劳动中直接产生的功能。北京市在城市化进程中,应借鉴发达国家发展农业多功能性的经验教训,加强研究,掌握农业多功能性的特征,挖掘利用农业的多功能性,实现郊区与城市的和谐发展。
The agriculture, which has the multi -function, is the fundamental industry and is the foundation of our national economy. Besides supplying the foods and other agricultural product, agriculture has many functions such as retaining the territory resources, maintaining the water resources, protecting the natural environment, reforming the natural landscape, inheriting the traditional culture, slowing the social turbulence and so on, while these functions don＇ t come directly from the agricultural production. In the process of urbanization, Beijing should benefit from other developed countries. At the same time, Beijing should do more studies to grasp and to use the character of multi - function agriculture, which can help us plan the country＇ s development and the city＇s development as a whole.
