智能蓄电池组单体在线自检与IT/NT分布式UPS/EPS——基于SCADA-DCS-FCS-ASI系统功能安全的电力电子学新概念

摘要 上层安全-保安是倍受关注的问题,制造、过程、交通、导航、建筑中自动化的系统哲学也不例外,当前电力电子技术界也流行大功率“集中供电”观念,但事故却经常出自下层电源、UPS/EPS,特别是其中的蓄电池组。根据功能安全标准IEC61508分析了分散与集中式UPS/EPS的顽存性,说明其IT/NT化得从智能蓄电池开始。 Safety-Security is usually paid attention on higher level, system philosophy of automation of processmanufacture industry, communication, navigation, architecture etc too. The current view of power electronics is also high central power, but the emergencies are often happened on lower level like main, UPS/EPS, especially on its battery set inside. The persistence of central and distributive are compared, and IT/NT of Intelligent Power should be started from the battery set the lowest level of automation system are discussed according to IEC61508.
