Subthreshold depressions（SD） is a new sub-type in the depressions, it is endangering the people by its high prevalence and significant increases, and causing serious impairment , suicide and economic loss as major depressive disorder. Then how to be defined and classified the SD, what is the symptoms of every category, how to distinguish it from MD, what is its causes and outcomes, how to prevent and therapy it？ Here is a detailed study of these questions, hoping it can help you understand this new sub-type.
