摘要
重视心理素质的培养是素质教育的重要组成部分。根据当前青少年心理存在的问题,从家庭和社会两方面分析了原因,认为教育工作者应从适时导向,形成健康稳定的心态;鼓励竞争,培养良好的竞争心理;净化心灵,培养健全的心理品格三方面努力。
To pay attention to the students＇ development of Psychological Quality is a very important part of Quality Education. According to the psychological problems existed on our modern youths, we can analyze the cause from two sides, one is from family, another is from society. We can suppose that the educators should guide the students from suitable tendency, to make them form into healthy and stable minds and moods. To enable them to compete with others and make them develop a sound competitive mind; and try to make them purify their souls and raise a sound mind, a sound and moral standard of three aspects.
