技术合同是技术贸易的书面表现形式,随着技术贸易的不断增长,技术合同的规范化管理越来越重要。本文从技术合同的类型、撰写、签订技术合同的注意事项、履约阶段的问题等方面阐述了技术合同的规范化管理。
Technology contracts are the written representation of technology trade. With the continuous increase of technology trade, the standardized management for technology contracts becomes more and more important. This article elaborates the standardized management of technology contracts in respects of contract types, contract writing, attentions for contract signing and possible problems in the coures of contract execution, etc.
