摘要
用卡尔·费休仪测定烟煤的内水,再将内水数据设入红外快速煤质分析仪后测定烟煤的挥发分,可解决因烟煤含有低挥发分而造成的测量误差。通过对比试验证实,设定内水后的红外快速煤质分析数据重现性和准确性更高。
The inner water of bituminous coal is determined by the Karl Fischer apparatus, the inner water data are set up in the infra-red rapid coal analyzer, and then the volatiles in the bituminous coal are determined. Through contrast test it is proved that the reproducibility and accuracy of the data from the infra-red analyzer after setting up the inner water data are better, thereby eliminating the error in the determination of low volatiles in bituminous coal.
