摘要
比较了铁钼法和银法甲醛生产技术的各自特点,介绍了引进美国ISP公司技术建设的年产50kt铁钼催化法甲醛生产装置的工艺流程及实际生产情况。该装置的投运,不仅取得了一定的经济效益,而且为企业以后发展聚甲醛、多聚甲醛等有机化工产品奠定了基础。
The respective characteristics are compared for formaldehyde production technology based on the iron-molybdenum and silver processes, and the process flow and actual production conditions of a 50kt/a formaldehyde unit using the iron-molybdenum catalytic process introduced from the ISP Co. of the USA. The commissioning of the unit gives definite economic benefits as well as lays the foundation for the enterprise for its future development of such organic chemicals as polyoxymethylene or paraformaldehyde.
