Relevant essential factors in the production of an encapsulated grain fertihzer （similar to seed manure） are ascertained through formulation, field test and laboratory experiments. An encapsulated grain fertilizer with high nucleation ratio is produced in an industrial production unit, and the quality of the product conforms to the requirements of the GB15063 -2001 standard.
