摘要
现代化指标体系已经成为现代化学科理论和实践探索中的热点问题。在创建指标评价体系时应注意以下几个原则:全面反映现代化的内涵和特征;与国际标准接轨;体现时代性和发展性;从实际情况出发;简明科学,有可操作性。
Modernization Index System has been a hot topic of modernization science, both in theoretical and practical research areas. The following principles should be upheld in the establishment of the system： comprehensively reflecting the connotation and characteristics of modernization, conforming to international criteria, embodying the characteristics of the times and development phases, setting out from actuality. Also, the system should be concise and scientific and operable.
