摘要
目的从抗乙肝转移因子溶液中分离出有效组分并研究其结构与性质。方法用SephadexG25柱色谱分离纯化,用化学分析法和物理学方法研究其结构与性质。结果活性组分的多肽相对分子质量为3200左右,含有15种氨基酸和腺嘌呤核苷酸。结论抗乙肝转移因子活性组分是低分子核苷酸与多肽组成的复合物。
Purpose To separate components from anti-HBV Specifce TF and to study their structural nature. Methods Anti-HBV specific TF was separated and purified by Sephadex G 25 columen chromotograpy, its structural nature was studied by chemical analysis methods and physical analysis methods. Results We obtained active comoponent, and its molecular wight was about 3 200. It contained 15 kinds of amino acidies and adenine mononucleotide. Conclusion The active component of anti-HBV Specific TF was a small molecule that consisted of nucleotide and polypeptide.
