摘要
江湖具有多重含义,《水浒传》所描写的江湖是江湖人的江湖。这种江湖人是以游民为主体、以社会边缘人物为中坚构成的,因此可以说江湖是游民生活和奋斗的空间。《水浒传》第一次把这种江湖告诉了读者,《水浒传》是江湖生活的百科全书。
Jianghu has multiple meanings. The“Jianghu”in Heroes of the Marshes refers to the rivers and lakes of itinerant men. The vagrant is the main body of itinerant men and the social borderline man is the mainstay of itinerant men. Thus, Jianghu is the space which vagrants live in and strive for. Heroes of the Marshes tells the readers about Jianghu for the first time and it is also an encyclopedia of itinerant life.
