摘要
为了制备纳米CaCO3复合建筑涂料,探讨了改性剂用量对纳米CaCO3表面改性的影响,优化出了最佳改性剂用量为2%(wt)。结果表明,优化条件下制得的纳米CaCO3浆的稳定性好,3周内外观、粘度和细度均无变化。用该浆液制成纳米复合涂料,与传统建筑涂料相比其耐水性、耐洗刷性、耐光性、耐沾污性和贮存稳定性等显著改善。
In order to prepare nano-CaCO3 composite architectural coatings, the influence of modifier dosage on the property of nano-CaCO3 was investigated. The optimum modifier dosage is 2wt% of nano-CaCO3. The results show that the storage stability of suspension of nano-CaCO3 is good and its appearance, viscosity and fineness are unchanged in three weeks. Compared with traditional architectural coatings, the properties of nano-CaCO3 composite coatings are improved obviously, which comprise water resistance, scrub resistance, light resistance, dirt vesistance and storage stability et al.
