摘要
通过对医药人才市场需求、学生就业心理、就业成功率、学校就业现状等方面的调查研究及深入思考,认为就业指导教师应该针对人才市场需求,帮助学生做好就业心理准备,鼓励学生在人才市场中勇于推销自己,尽快找准适合自己的位置,做到就业有门。
It is suggested that the tutors help the students to recognize the requirement of employment market and encourage them to find suitable job opportunities as soon as possible through the deep study on the requirement of both the employment market for medicine and employment methods for the students.
