摘要
人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,也是企业发展的关键因素。人力资源管理已成为现代企业的管理核心。通过对高校后勤社会化进程中人力资源管理现状及其存在的问题进行分析研究,提出加强高校后勤人力资源管理的对策和建议。
Human resources are strategic resources of modem enterprises which are also the key facotrs for the development of modem enterprises. Therefore, human resource management has become the core of modem enterprise management. This paper analyses the current situations and problems of human resource management in the socialization of logistic management in higher education system. Finally, the effective strategies and suggestions that will be helpful to enhance human resource management of the logistic management in higher education system are presented.
