摘要
随着人类基因组计划的顺利开展,人类基因组研究取得了巨大的成绩,但也带来了许多道德风险,诸如因对基因隐私权的侵犯和倡导基因决定论而导致的基因歧视,基因组研究成果应用的不可预测性等问题,应从道德、法律和技术等方面来解决这些道德风险。
With the implementation of human genome project, human genome research has made big breakthroughs. But it also has caused many ethic risks, for example, the gene discrimination that is caused by the infringement of gene privacy right and the advocacy of gene determinism, and the unpredictability of the application of genome research＇s achievements. The article settles these ethic risks from the aspects of ethics, law and technology.
