摘要
学生厌学、畏学,是中国法制史教学面临的主要问题。要从根本上解决这一问题,就必须明确该学科的定位,教学的难点、重点以及应采用的教学方法,并在此基础上,有针对性地进行教学方法、教学手段的创新和科研创新,以改变该学科目前所面临的困境。
Learning - weary, Learning - fear are serious problem of Chinese legal history. If we want to solven the problem, we must give the subject a clear location in the social science and arts. Moreover, we must also know what the real difficult is and what methods we should take. On the basis of bettering our teaching methods means,we can also promote our teaching level.
