摘要
欠发达地区高校人才流失已成为一个不可回避的现实问题,也是需亟待解决的问题。本文对此分析了造成这一现象的原因,并提出相应的解决办法。
The quite popular trend is that a number of teachers in underdeveloped higher institution have been immigrating the developed area, or some modem big cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai. This is a big problem So this article analyze these reasons which are formed this situation, and work out some solutions to this problem.
