摘要
针对涡轮发动机脉动压力信号的特点和测试数据传输的要求,设计的采集模块在预处理、模数转换、接口电路等方面都作了专门考虑,采用硬件双缓冲技术以及CPLD大规模可编程逻辑实现高精度多路数据连续并行实时采集,并已经应用到某型航空发动机综合测量系统的压力测试子系统中。
Considering the characteristics of the signals rising from the pulse pressure of the turbine aeroengine and the transmission requirements of the tested data, the pulse pressure DAQ module is designed, with special speculation on many facets such as pre-processing, analog-digital conversion, interface circuit. And the technology of hardware double buffers and large-scale program logic of CPLD to realize the real-time data-collection with high precision through multi-channel are introduced. This pulse pressure DAQ module has been really used ina pressure measure sub-system of certain synthesized measure system of an aeroengine.
