摘要
社会主义和谐社会应该是民主法制、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。受中国基本国情的制约,构建社会主义和谐社会不能脱离社会主义初级阶段的现实,只能依照生产力的发展程度,尽力而为、量力而行,经过不同的发展阶段,才能达到较高的和谐程度。因此,构建社会主义和谐社会既是长期的战略任务,又是一项十分复杂的系统工程,必须以科学理论为指导,切实把握其规律,处理好目标与过程的统一关系,大力推进社会主义和谐社会的构建。
A socialist harmonious society should be charicterized by democracy and legislation, honesty and love, wtality and order, man and nature living harmoniously. Limited by Chinese actual conditions, we can not separate the building up of a socialist harmonious society from socialist elementary stage, all we can do is, according to the development level of productivity, to try our best, little by little, step by step so as to reach a higher level of harmony. Therefore, to build a harmonious socialist society is not only a strategy of a long period of time, but also a very complicated systematic construction. We must make good use of scientific theory to find out its law, deal with the unified relation between aim and process in order to speed up the building up of a socialist harmonious society.
