新的价连接性指数与脂肪酯、脂肪酮的溶解度及疏水参数的预测 被引量:3

摘要 定义了新的价连接性指数mJ,并用于脂肪酯、脂肪酮等有机污染物的QSARQSPR研究。结果表明,mJ与22个脂肪酯、13个脂肪酮的溶解度(SW)及辛醇水分配系数(KOW)具有良好的相关性,相关系数分别为0.9958、0.9971、1.000、0.9956。使用该模型对它们的SW、KOW值进行估算,接近实验值。 : The novel valance connectivity index ^mJ was defines for studying on QSAR/QSPR of organic pollutions. It was showed that ^mJ is highly correlated with aqueous solubility, hydrophobic parameter of 22 fatty esters and 13 fatty ketones,R =0. 995 8,0. 997 1,1. 000,0. 995 6,respectively. The predicted results are closed to the experimental values,.
