摘要
利用变频技术对港口的煤炭堆取料机的行走驱动系统进行改造。提出了系统改造的具体方案,实现了电机的同步控制,解决了原系统中存在的受力不均、振动较大、易受损等问题,从而改善了系统的运行状况,并且在改造过程中不影响正常生产。
Based on frequency conversion technique, the traveling gear of stacker ＆ reclaimer, the harbor coal export device, is improved. Rebuilding project is presented in detail. Synchronous control of electromotor is realized. The disadvantages of the old system such as unequal loading, vibrating, and easily destroyed are solved. The using status of the system is improved. Meanwhile, the normal operation is not effected in the improving procedure.
