摘要
就“厂房隧洞工程”的“风险管理”进行实证分析,将“风险管理”理论与施工技术相结合,通过“风险识别”,找出本项目可能存在的潜在风险,对这些风险进行分析、评级,以便最后制定出项目风险的应对和控制措施.
In this paper, the author analyzes the risk management of plant house and tunnel projects. Through risk identification and combination of risk management theory with engineering technology, we can find all sorts of potential risks in engineering so that we can make risk analysis and risk control.
