摘要
[目的]探讨间歇性外斜视的手术时机。[方法]对79例手术治疗的间歇性外斜视患者,按年龄、双眼视功能状态、斜视类型分组进行观察、研究。[结果]79例患者平均随访1．6年,治愈69例(其中28例恢复双眼单视功能),未愈10例中9例仍外斜,1例继发内斜视。年龄越小越有利于双眼单视功能的恢复;术前有双眼单视功能者术后对维持眼位正位有明显关系,与斜视类型无明显关系。[结论]间歇性外斜视术前有双眼单视功能者对术后眼位的影响较大,且早期手术有利于维持眼位正位及恢复双眼单视功能。
[Objective] To discussion the opportunity choice on the intermittence exotropia surgery. [Methods] 79 exotropia patients who had the surgery treatment. Group them according to their age, eyes visual function and squint type to carry on observation and research. [Results] These 79 patients were following up surveyed 1.6 years in average. 69 cases were cured （28 cases were restored their binocular visual functron）, 10 cases were not cured, 9 cases were still exotropia, 1 ease became to esotropia. The age is more younger more propitious to restoration in eyes visual function, to maintain eyes position after the surgery, the patients who had eyes visual function before the surgery have obvious relation, which is not obviously related with the squint type. [Conclusion] Eyes visual function which patients had before the intermittence exotropia surgery strongly influence the eyes position after the surgery, and also early operation is propitious to maintain eyes position and restore eyes visual function.
