摘要
对静电悬浮加速度计控制器的设计进行了详细的理论分析,得出了加速度计控制系统稳定时,必须满足的加速度计电容极板和检验荷载的距离参数、电极板面积参数、电压参数与检验荷载的质量以及气体阻尼系数与控制器参数之间的关系式,并进行了计算机仿真试验,证明该关系式是正确的,可用于静电悬浮加速度计控制器分析设计。
In this paper controller design for electrostatic accelerometer is analyzed in theory, then a formula when accelerometer control system is stable is deduced to illustrate the relationship between the accelerometer parameters such as distance between the electrode and the proof mass being at the center of the cage, area of electrodes, voltage between electrodes and proof mass, mass of proof mass, gas damping coefficient and the controller parameters. Some computer simulations are carried out to validate the relationship which can be used to analyze and design the controller for electrostatic suspended accelerometer.
