摘要
研究用革屑做还原剂还原红矾钠制备有机铬铝鞣剂。通过pH电位滴定、紫外-可见光谱分析,优选出铝铬的最佳配比以及铝盐的种类。以鞣革的收缩温度、耐水洗以及鞣剂的稳定性能等指标来确定最佳合成方法。结果表明:硫酸铝与铬液组成的铝铬摩尔配比是0.5的鞣剂效果最好,铬铝鞣液的沉淀pH为4左右。紫外-可见光谱分析表明:有铬铝异核配合物形成。综合考虑认为:后加硫酸铝的合成方法优于先加硫酸铝的合成方法。有机铬铝鞣剂鞣革Ts均在93℃以上,耐水洗性良好,填充效果明显,值得进一步研究用于生产实践。
Chrome shavings are used as a reducing agent for sodium dichromate in the preparation of organic chrome- aluminum tanning agent. By using the method of pH potentiometer titration and ultraviolet- visible spectroscopy, the Al- Cr ratio and the category of aluminum salts are selected. The results are as follows: by selecting aluminum sulphate as the alum salt, the optimal Al-Cr ratio is 0.5 : 1, the precipitation point follows to 4.0 or so . Ultraviolet - visible spectroscopy indicates the formation of Cr- Al heterocomplex. The synthesis method of addition of aluminum salt at last is better. Leather tanned by organic Cr- Al tanning agent shows a temperature above 93℃, a good washability and an improved fullness.
