摘要
为了研究新型的旋转中心偏移传感器,在Gauss光束分析法的基础上,提出了漫反射强度调制型光纤传感器测量旋转中心偏移的计算模型。该模型从数学上描述了旋转中心偏移和反射光强度调制之间的关系,定量地得出了光纤束结构参数对传感器灵敏度和线性范围的影响。建立了高精度旋转中心偏移测量实验系统,对模型进行了实验验证。在旋转中心偏移较小的情况下,模型与实验结果相符。
A diffuse reflective intensity modulated fiber optic sensor was developed to measure changes in the position of a rotating center. The sensor was modeled using the electromagnetic Gaussian beam approach. The model describes the relationship between the rotating center deviation and the reflective optical intensity modulation and quantitatively relates the fiber bundle structure to the sensitivity and linear range of the sensor. The model was verified with results from a high precision measurement system for the center deviations. The test results show that the model accurately predicts small center deviations.
